After co-founding Monark in 2001, Monty has provided the leadership and vision required to build it into a powerhouse of technological innovations. Monty's direction has guided the company to numerable successes with creating businesses and seeing them through to viability, visibility, and profitability. Notable among them are ones in pharma care, real estate development, and more recently digital health care.
Mr. Sikka is fiercely committed to his charitable foundations efforts to combat the illegal global sex trade, particularly in India, where more than 8 million people are living in modern slavery. Mr. Sikka’s organization helps rescue women and girls from these abhorrent conditions, placing them in safe environments to start rebuilding their lives.

Serving as Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Monark, Mr. Catroppa has worked tirelessly to help construct one of Canada’s leading business venture firms. Among his many professional achievements, he has leveraged his experience as a gifted strategic financial manager and government regulations expert to position Monark as a global leader in technological innovations.
Mr. Catroppa has been instrumental in placing corporate social responsibility at the heart of what Monark does. His personal charitable foundation, Magical Dreams, is dedicated to promoting education accessibility for low income and marginalized members of the community. This is together with providing ongoing support to countless local hospital and community organizations dedicated to improving people’s lives through positive action.
