Quality Assurance Analyst
Sandy is a part of our development team and brings to the group expertise in the area of quality assurance. Sandy shares a passion for resource management and customer service and a diverse work experience spanning multiple Tech-based companies. She holds a graduate certificate in Business Management from BCIT and is a post-graduate in Information System Security from Durham College.
Sandy joins us from Kater Technologies, a Vancouver-based Mobility as a Service (MaaS) company, creating innovative transportation solutions where she contributed to developing, planning, and completing project initiatives.
Customer Success Manager
With over a decade of global experience in customer service operations, Umang joins Monark as the Customer Success Manager. Having worked with clients from across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, his interests gravitate towards project management, training and development in the realm of customer success.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering and a background in finance, IT and health care. Having worked with Fortune 500 companies in the past, Umang holds awards for exemplary customer-centricity and methodical service delivery performance.
